Reliance JIO going to launch 5G Services in India

It was announced by Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani that Jio is developing a homegrown 5G solution. Mukesh Ambani said that Reliance JIO going to launce 5G Services soon in India has been solved from scratch. This will enable Jio to launch a "world-class 5G service" in India. Ambani also said that according to him, both the telecom operator and his equipment vendor have completed laboratory tests of 5G network components, because the 5G spectrum is available and ready for field deployment next year. This development was made during Reliance's virtual annual general meeting 2020, along with some other details such as the global export of Jio 5G and upgrade to 4G.

Ammon of Qualcomm believes that by the end of 2020 there will be 200 million 5G customers, and by 2025 there will be 2.8 billion 5G connections. (It is not just phones, but also connected devices.

When will JIO 5G Launch in India?

Mukesh Ambani shared a roadmap for the Reliance Jio 5G network, stating that the Jio 5G will test the service for the first time in India as soon as the 5G spectrum is available and field deployment is ready. The company also plans on exporting the Jio 5G solution to other telecom operators in the world as a fully managed service.

It is seen that Reliance Jio is preparing to launch a fifth-generation or 5G network, telecom services within six months of spectrum allocation, which means that Mukesh Ambani-owned Telco will be rolling out services in India by mid-2020 Can launch well.

The JIO 5G network was expected to be launched in India by 2020 or early 2021, but now it is unlikely that it could be before mid-2021.

As a part of the AGM, RIL also introduced some new technologies including Jio Glass that provide mixed reality services and Jio TV+ that aggregates content from more than 12 streaming services.

Although Jio has not given so many details on its 5G solution, it can be said that the company is trying to become a technology provider for it.
